Yes, jeffking, it is. I'm no longer non-academic staff at the University of Alberta. I'm moving on to other employ, but I won't forget our five years together.

also, totally off the subject, would you be able to recommend a book to me to help me touch up on my grammar skills? i used to love grammar & enjoy it it a ton!!!!!!!!!!!!!! but now it is my worse enemy because i've forgotten all the rules. :( thankyou.

Eats, Shoots & Leaves by Lynn Truss. A fantastic, funny, and informative guide to punctuation and (some) grammar. I loved it!

Also the little book: The Elements of Style by William Strunk, rev. by E.B. White. If you're looking for more of a brush-up than a from-scratch tutorial, you can't do better (or cheaper; it really is a tiny li'l thing).

And Eats, Shoots, and Leaves for sure.
